Tori J : A Dancer Senior Session - Class of 2024

This session has been at least a year in the waiting if not longer! I was thrilled when Tori asked me to make her senior photos awhile back because I knew we could get creative with her dance expertise and boy, she brought it! Regardless of outfit, we pushed a few posing boundaries and endured the heat to make it happen. I don’t even want to write anymore about her just yet, because I’m so excited for you to see them!

Tori had an epiphany going into her junior year that she wanted to teach Family Consumer Sciences and is heading into Iowa State to pursue that education degree. ISU has a fantastic fashion design department as Tori’s high school FCS instructor takes her students to the fashion show there almost annually, I believe. When Tori put on this gorgeous olive jumpsuit, she looked so professional and adult-I felt like I was photographing a college student already!

A quick outfit change (or two) and we ended at Tori’s high school stadium to highlight her color guard career:

Tori - Thank you SO much for having me! I hope you had at least half as much fun as I did making this session happen. Your graceful, powerful movements left me in awe and I’m really excited for your future as an educator. Hopefully, you move through your classroom teaching experience with as much grace and confidence as you did during our time together!
All the best,

Carrie
