Mady : Class of 2026
Power, Purpose & Post-Pin Cookies | Maddy’s Senior Session
Mady’s senior session started where her story shines brightest: in the Norwalk High School wrestling room. From her very first season, Mady has shown that the mat is where she belongs—tough, talented, and fiercely focused. With natural instincts and steady encouragement from her coaches, she’s carved out an impressive wrestling career that speaks to her grit and strength.
After we wrapped things at the high school, we shifted gears downtown to St. Ambrose Cathedral. Mady had a vision for images with classic, cathedral-inspired architecture, and we found the perfect tucked-away courtyard that gave us privacy, beautiful light, and just the right amount of elegance.
We ended our session near the judicial building downtown, and—of course—we made time for a tradition: a cookie from Insomnia. If you know Mady, you know that cookies are a post-workout staple. So yes, this photoshoot earned her one! And yes, she was a pro at pretending to chomp while I scrambled to get the shot before the cookie completely disappeared (spoiler: it almost did!).
This girl is the real deal. She’s exploring future plans that include military service or a criminal justice program at DMACC—two paths that reflect her servant-hearted, justice-minded spirit.
Mady, thank you for stepping outside your comfort zone, for trusting me with your story, and for letting me capture this season of becoming. You’re already showing the world that strength can look like a singlet, a smile, and a cookie—sometimes all at once.
Rooting for you,
Carrie
