Class of 2021 : Aiden

Our senior season is almost coming to a close over here at Carrie Krupke Photography. And what a season it’s been! I have so enjoyed photographing students I’ve previously taught and getting to know new students that I can now say hi to in the hallways and cheer on from the sidelines at their sporting events. Aiden is one of the new students on my radar and I’m so thankful for his laidback approach, his dad’s awesome dance moves to keep things light (and embarrassing) ;), and his step mom for contacting me to make this session even happen in the first place. Their one request? Water, because he likes to fish. But this guy was on the 3A Championship basketball team from back in March too. We opted for no props, not even the Championship ring, and we focused solely on who Aiden is & all the facial expressions that make him Aiden.

We headed downtown and photographed familiar locations in new ways and angles. These by Meredith’s columns are my favorite-it was here that Aiden really relaxed into it and his dad brought out the big guns to cat-call him to get a laugh!

Keep scrolling, and you’ll see Mr. Eaton’s amazing dance moves and we had a beautiful end to the evening that made Aiden look like he was standing among fire clouds at the Papajohn Park.:)

Aiden and family: Thank you so much for the lovely evening and I hope you had fun along the way! I wish you all the best this senior year no matter how crazy it may get. Know that I’ll be rooting for you courtside. I know you will go far in life & do great things-keep me posted on all of them!

Be well,

Carrie
